1956—1966年中国共产党对劳动模范群体的培育

摘要
1956—1966年十年社会主义建设时期,中国共产党培育了一大批劳动模范群体,在全面建设社会主义的过程中发挥着重要作用。本文从十年社会主义建设时期中国共产党所培育的模范群体的生成目的入手,分析了这一时期模范群体科学的塑成方式和两种有效的成效模式,探讨了中国共产党对模范群体榜样示范功能导向的优化过程,最终得出十年社会主义建设时期内党对劳动模范群体集合的培育呈现出目的明确、导向清晰、培育科学、成效显著之特点的结论。本文对于丰富中国共产党榜样教育方式的理论研究和为当下劳动模范群体的培育提供一定的经验启示有着积极意义。
During the ten years of socialist construction,the Communist Party of China has cultivated a large number of model labor groups who played an important role in the process of building socialism in an all-round way.This paper starts with the purpose of the formation of model group cultivated by the Communist Party of China during the ten years of socialist construction,and analyzes the scientific shaping methods and two effective models of model groups during this period,and discusses the optimization process of Chinese communist party's function orientation to model group.The oriented optimization process finally draws the conclusion that the party's cultivation of the model group presents the characteristics of clear purpose,clear orientation,scientific cultivation,and remarkable success during the ten years of socialist construction.This article has positive significance for enriching the theoretical research on the education model of the Communist Party of China and providing certain experience and enlightenment for the cultivation of the current model workers.
