Through some pretreatment like the application of accelerated solvent extraction and solid phase extraction, in combination with dual capillary column gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and selected ion monitoring (SIM), the authors established 20 sorts of detection method to detect organic chlorine and polychlorinated biphenyls at the same time. Through analyzing the test samples, the methods were of easy operation, reagent saving, and avoiding the possibility of secondary pollution and accurate and reliable detection results.
