Cities development has been puzzled by environment problems. The most important problem is water environment. This article has expounded environmental geological background of a city in Sichuan, evaluated the quality of surface water and ground water. The article, in the end, combined with the city offering water, evaluated the quality of water environment in the city and educed reasonable conclusion.
