The data of geological model in heavy overburden areas was dependant on seismic data and well logging data. Seismic data was characteristic of wide reflecting range and low resolution, well logging data was characteristic of high resolution and small reflecting range. The focal points of demonstration for the paper were to combine the seismic data and well logging data effectively. In a form of data tree, the explanation organized the well logging and seismic data, generated and edited the synthetic notes of the wells to determine the when and deep relationship of different wells, set foundations for the integration and display of seismic data and well logging data in different domains, provide foundation for making synthetic notes of modification of frequency.
