Based on the deep recognition of the geology, the emotional love of the traditional culture, and the considering observation of social phenomena, this paper puts forward the concept of  “geological culture”, and describes its basic framework, construction principle and actual fragments. Geological culture construction will play a boosting role in the development of geology and construction of the culture.  It also is the important part for building a harmonious society.
