Ground source heat pump (GSHP) technology not was used in China long, but the application speed is very fast. With the application of the technology and in-depth research, China has mastered the full range of GSHP technology, and in the technical regulations for shallow geothermal energy investigation and evaluation, bore thermal response testing techniques, efficient underground heat exchange wells, and joint application of solar and GSHP technology have made new progress, these achievements will be the realization of China’s energy-saving emission reduction targets by 2050 to provide technical support.
