TheRctRct and DLi+DLi+ of Li-rich material in the first charge process were tested by EIS and PITT. The electrode kinetic was controlled by DLi+DLi+ in the voltage range of 3.0–4.0 V. The electrode kinetic was controlled by charge transfer reaction charged to above 4.3 V.
