Ba0.7Ca0.3TiO3 (BCT) is modified by Niobium (Nb) and Magnesium (Mg). The doping affects structural distortion and decrease in tetragonality. Tc near room temperature makes a better dielectric response of doped samples. Microstructural contribution affects dielectric response at high temperature. Relaxor-like behavior of ferroelectric BCT can be induced by these dopants.
