The recorded microvascular measurements by laser doppler were decreased in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) Aortic strain and aortic distensibility were decreased in patients with CAD history recorded with echocardiography There were no correlations between microvascular measurements and aortic measurements (aortic strain and distensibility) Both aorta and cutaneus microcirculations might be independtly disturbed in patients with CAD
