An artificial phospholipid bilayer model membrane is proposed. Titanium film was silanized by octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) monolayer. Atop of OTS monolayer phospholipid bilayer was deposited by vesicle fusion. Reconstitution of the pore-forming toxin vaginolysin was observed.
