The Ahr pathway displays an activated profile in CIA MSCs. The activation of Ahr suppresses osteogenesis in CIA MSCs. TCDD suppresses osteogenesis in a dose-dependent manner. The activation of Ahr inhibits β-catenin expression to exacerbate bone erosion.
