A screening of 30 doped CaTiO3 compounds was carried out. Mg incorporation improves the ambiolar conductivity at high temperatures. Peak O2 flux 1.6 mL min−1 cm−2 at 1000 °C reached for a CaTi0.73Fe0.18Mg0.09O3−δ membrane (0.9 mm-thick). Stable O2 flux upon prolonged exposure to CO2 at 750 °C.
