Epoxy group modified silica-supported ionogel as a novel solid-state electrolyte for lithium batteries. The scaffold offers both a rigid framework of ordered inter-connected mesoporous and direct ion transport pathway features. Epoxy groups grafted can promote the ionic dissociation of a lithium salt and IL. Li/LiFePO4 and Li/Li4Ti5O12 solid-state battery displayed high cycling stability.
