New model is introduced for failure of unconsolidated rocks due to injection. Channelization concept is introduced for granular media as a source of injectivity changes. Injectivity changes and sand production is model using a new continuum erosion model. The new erosion model decompose the porous media into mobile and immobile grains in addition to fluid.
