Reduced graphene oxide deposition on nickel foam was obtained by thermal process. Thermal reduced graphene oxide promoted to form Ni3S2 nanotube arrays on nickel foam. The Ni3S2 nanotube arrays showed excellent catalytic activity for hydrogen evolution reaction.
