We examined cell populations involved in skin inflammation in K14.Stat3C mice. Heterogeneous cell subsets produced IL-17 in TPA-treated K14.Stat3C mice. Skin inflammation in TPA-treated K14.Stat3C mice is similar to human psoriasis. We found IL-17-producing DN αβ T cells are involved in this psoriatic model.
