Cu2Se's thermoelectric properties are highly sensitive to doping. We observe a CDW transition below 200 K without a discontinuity of the thermal transport properties within the transition. Ni, Te, and Zn doping show significantly different influences on Cu2Se's thermoelectric transport properties.
