N′-(2r,4c-Diaryl-3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-9-ylidene)pyrazine-2-carbohydrazide have been synthesized in good yield. All the compounds exists in twin chair conformations with equatorial orientation of the aryl groups. All the compounds showing very good antitubercular activity against Mycobacterium Tuberculosis H37Rv.
