The method was successfully applied to improve the solubility and oral bioavailability of Da. PXRD and FTIR results showed that the inclusion complexes were successfully formed. The developed UPLC/MS/MS method is rapid, linear and highly sensitive. Data obtained with the pharmacokinetic parameters and the dissolution study showed good correlation.
