Pilot-scale sinter pot tests under three granulation moisture conditions were conducted. The porous structures of sinter cakes were obtained and reconstructed by microtomography images. The flow field in sinter cake was calculated by CFD simulation and permeability values were presented. Pressure drop of serial subzones along the sinter bed were investigated.
