Development of double-generation gold nanoparticle chip-based dengue virus detection system combining fluorescence turn-on probes

The novel fluorescence turn-on amino acid probes with visible-wavelength emissions were designed.

Staining of the probes-containing kit can easily visualize single virus both in solution and in cell under fluorescence microscopy.

This kit is also used to examine the weak virus-receptor binding on a double-generation gold nanoparticle chip.

This chip-based fluorescence detecting platform is very useful for detection of weak binding mechanism.
