The placenta lncRNA-ATB levels were lower in preeclampsia than that of healthy pregnancy. The down-regulation of lnc-ATB limited the proliferation, invasion, and tube formation abilities of HTR-8/SVneo. The over-expression of lnc-ATB promoted the proliferation, invasion, and tube formation abilities of HTR-8/SVneo.
