We used cellular assays of bigheaded carp fry cell lines and metabolite profiling to describe a dose response to thiram. We identified 41 metabolomic markers in the bighead carp fry cells exhibiting a dose response to thiram. We identified 205 metabolomic markers in the silver carp fry cells exhibiting a dose response to thiram. We identified 11 thiram specific metabolomic markers common between both species. The 11 metabolites formed a thiram specific metabolomic fingerprint.
