This work aims to study the response of tomato leaves cv. Microtom to salinity. Three concentrations of NaCl were tested: T1: 0 mM; T2: 50 mM; T3: 150 mM. Microtom showed different mechanisms of adaptation to saline stress. Gas exchange parameters and leaf area were reduced. Total chlorophyll content decreased and total phenol content increased.
