PCL was blended with chitosan and poly(glycerol sebacate) for electrospinning. Biocompatibility was proven with two human corneal cell lines. Both cell lines adhered and proliferated on random and aligned nanofiber matrices. Cytoskeletal orientation is shown on aligned nanofiber matrices. Confluent cell sheets were obtained on all nanofiber matrices.
