To our knowledge, this is the first such report with a follow-up of 1 year. No perioperative or postoperative complications were seen. Corrected distance visual acuity remained unchanged (left eye, 1.5/10), the subjective complaints of glare and photophobia improved considerably, and the patient was very satisfied with the aesthetic result.
