The ColDRISC is a simple and inexpensive screening test for Type 2 diabetes mellitus in Colombia. The ColDRISC can be used in clinical practice to identify undetected abnormal glucose tolerance. The ColDRISC may reduce the number of invasive glucose tests required in the general population.
