Immunometabolic stress markers were associated with decreased cortical thickness of the anterior cingulate cortex. Immunometabolic stress was not related to hippocampal or amygdala volume. IL-6 was associated with hippocampal volume in healthy subjects only. Genetic markers of immunometabolic stress were not associated with brain morphology.
