We developed a new displacement estimation technique using LDV and LiDAR.

The proposed technique utilizes two fully noncontact sensors, contrary to previous studies.

The technique adopts real-time smoothings for high accuracy and sampling rate.

The performance of the technique is verified from a series of lab-scale tests.
