Differential modulation of the chaperone-like activity of HSP-1/2, a major protein of horse seminal plasma by anionic and cationic surfactants
文摘
Anionic and neutral surfactants inhibit thermal aggregation of ADH. Cationic surfactants induce aggregation of ADH even at room temperature. Anionic surfactants increase the CLA of HSP-1/2 whereas cationic surfactants decrease it. The above differences are explained based on electrostatic interactions.
