CMD-3 is a detector for experiments with the e+e- collider VEPP-2000. Maximum center-of-mass energy of the collider equal to 2 GeV allows to study the cross-section of the process near the threshold. Due to the low momentum of the produced neutron–antineutron pairs it is possible to select them using time-of-flight (TOF) system. This article describes the current status of the CMD-3 TOF system development.
