Concentrations of miR-21, miR-29b, miR-142-3p and miR-200b were evaluated in urine cell pellets of renal recipients. Differentially expressed miRNAs observed in recipients with IFTA when compared to two control groups. Urinary levels of miR-21 and miR-200b was significantly correlated with eGFR. miR-21 and miR-200b are better biomarkers to distinguish IFTA group from controls.
