We report results from the first partisan GOTV phone experiment in the UK. We test the impact of GOTV calls with and without partisan cues on turnout. Calls with and without partisan cues are both effective at increasing turnout. Calls with partisan cues more effectively mobilize partisans than rival partisans. The effects of calls without partisan cues are not moderated by party preference.
