We investigated the effect of Ag on the morphologies and PL properties of AZO. The ultrafast nonlinear optical characterized of AZO is studied. The field-emission characterized of AZO is studied. The results reveal that the fast decay component comes from the exciton migration. The results reveal that the slow decay to the recombination process of the relaxed excitons.
