Results appear that the BC and Ab are the best model in arid and semiarid regions. The radiation-based models were adapted with climate change better than other models. Selecting the most accurate model to estimate the ETo needs to high sensitivity. Study of climate change and extreme events are necessary for ETo modelling. A flowchart step by step was presented for selecting the best model in each climate.
