Invasiveness of CoCl2 or 1% O2-treated gastric cancer cell (GCC) is reduced by CTK7A. CTK7A-mediated Noxa induction in CoCl2 and hypoxia-exposed GCC is Hif1-independent. CTK7A activates p38 MAPK by H2O2 generation and induces Noxa in hypoxia-exposed GCC. CTK7A induces Noxa-mediated apoptosis in hypoxia-exposed GCC.
