A new KHR-GCHP system for both thermal compensation and heat recovery was proposed. A new analysis and calculation method was developed for non-finned heat exchangers. Two new indexes were defined to evaluate the performance of KHR-GCHP systems. A simplified criterion was developed to facilitate wide application of KHR-GCHPs. The efficiency of KHR-GCHPs showed notable advantages over traditional systems.
