Ultrasound induces stabilizer-free, aqueous RGO nanodispersion (>2 years-stable). It is simple, straightforward, eco-friendly and scalable approach. No harsh/toxic chemicals utilized in the development of RGO dispersion. Ptx, an anticancer drug utilized to check the loading capacity of RGO dispersion. In vitro analysis of RGO-Ptx exhibited dose-dependent toxicity to cancer cells.
