EgGST2 and EgGST3 seem to be present in a heterodimeric structure: EgGST2-3, in parasite material. EgGST3 can heterodimerize with EgGST2 as a stable recombinant protein in a heterologous system (prokaryotic). Recombinant EgGST2-3 displays the GST activity like other helminth’s GSTs.
