Phase structure, sintering behavior and adjustable microwave dielectric properties of Mg1−xLi2xTixO1+2x solid solution ceramics

Mg1−xLi2xTixO1+2x solid solution ceramics exhibited an adjustable microwave dielectric performance. The thermal stability of dielectric properties for ceramics was improved. Mg1−xLi2xTixO1+2x ceramics presented low τf value and a wide range of sintering temperature. Li2Mg3TiO6 ceramics shown best comprehensive performances of Q×f = 110,703 GHz, εr = 13.6 and τf = −35.1 ppm/°C.
