There is significant improvement in clinical outcomes at 24 months postoperation. Segmental motion and disc height of skip level are preserved with low complications. Success of multilevel ACDR is an important foundation for the treatment of SCDDD. Security and low morbidity of Prestige-LP is another basis for the treatment of SCDDD. Cervical disc replacement is an option for skip cervical degenerative disc disease.
