A new digital dashboard system was developed and evaluated for general practices in all hospital units. The system was useful for team rounds, interdisciplinary team work, and gathering information about the status of hospital rooms. Health care professionals showed high satisfaction on the system, indicating the system was feasible and useful in a tertiary hospital. There were challenging issues on enhancing elderly users’ experience and encouraging more medical personnel to utilize the system.
