Multi-stacking technique based on FESI and MSS was developed in aqueous-based MCE-C4D. New approach was evaluated for the monitoring of vancomycin in human plasma. LOD of 1.2 μg/mL and SEF of 83-fold compared to typical gated injection method were obtained.
