Cocaine-based MIP has been developed by bulk polymerization. IMS has been used for cocaine determination in saliva. LOD value of 18 μg L−1 and quantitative recoveries for spiked saliva were obtained. Results of the MIP-IMS procedure were compared to a GC–MS.
