Manganese(III) tetrapyridylporphyrin-chloromethylated MIL-101 hybrid material: A highly active catalyst for oxidation of hydrocarbons

Novel hybrid material Mn(TPyP)OAc/CM-MIL-101 was synthesized.

This catalyst was characterized by FT-IR, SEM, UV–Vis, BET, XRD and ICP techniques.

The catalytic activity was investigated in epoxidation of alkenes and hydroxylation of alkanes.

This heterogeneous catalyst was active, efficient and reusable.
