文摘
Barcode lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) for potato virus X was developed. The LFIA cut-off levels were regulated up to 3 orders. Cut-off levels were varied by the changes of the antibodies’ affinity/concentration. The barcode LFIA allows distinguishing latent/serious plant infections. Magnetic concentration leads to a six-fold reduction of the LFIA detection limit.
