The plasmonic nanohole arrays in Au-SiO2-Au multilayer films were designed. The optical properties and the local electromagnetic field enhancement were studied. The multiple surface plasmons (SP) resonances were found on the compound structure. These studies are important for applications using multiple SP resonances.
