Cisplatin-induced necroptosis only partially depends on TNFα autocrine. Cisplatin induced necrosomes translocation to MAM, but MLKL did not directly interact with CypD. CypD-mediated mPTP opening as a downstream event of necrosome contributes to cisplatin-induced necroptosis.
