A new anti-protein nonspecific adsorption MIPs was prepared by using AGET-ATRP. MPC was introduced to reduce the nonspecific adsorption for improving selectivity. The introducing way could avoid the negative influence of MPC on imprinted sites. The length of MPC chain could be optimized to control the protein resistance effect. After grafting MPC, the QMIPs decreased a little, while the IF increased markedly.
