Silicon coated core/shell magnetic nanoparticles (MNps) were prepared with high stability and probe conjugation. The MNps based immunoassay is compatible with the commercial ELISA kits. The MNps based detections are reliable for the Cry1 Ac protein and had better performance of 1000 times sensitive in the low concentration of analyte.
